J is for Jewels: ABC Wednesday Round #3

I caught a glimpse
of nature's jewels
beaded on a web so fine
these translucent crystals
these watery orbs
their transitory beauty was mine!
.
This is an old, but favourite photo of mine, of morning mist beaded upon a spider web.

My appreciation and thanks to Mrs. Nesbitt's Place for hosting ABC Wednesday Round 3. To view more ABC Wednesday posts via Mr. Linky please click HERE. For viewing the new format of ABC Wednesday Round 3 where all posts can be seen in the same place, please click HERE.

Wow!! For weeks I have been looking for a cobweb with beads of dew or rain on it, and you have found one so perfect that I believe it's almost impossible to find that ever again.

That is just beautiful! I've tried to photograph spider webs many times, but never got such a great result!

What an shot. It is amazing how strong the web must be with all those dew drops hanging off. I invite you to come see my post about jets. -- Margy
