This shadow of my car, seemingly stretching out to the middle of the field alongside the highway, was taken a couple of years ago when I was returning home on a late December afternoon. I was so delighted with the shadow that was accompanying me as I was driving along that I had stopped the car and had gotten out to take this picture. The strong sun on the horizon was having lots of shadow making fun!.

How fun - love it! We were reading about the covered bridge - how sad!! It was beautiful (and also had quite a lovely shadow with it!!)

Wonderful shadow shot! I was wondering when and where it was taken with snow on the ground. It is so funny to always be accompanied by ones shadow, spiritual metaphor.

As I had mention in my post it was in December and as you can see here was just a bit of snow on the ground. This photo was taken in New Brunswick, Canada. Hopefully we won't get any snow this year until at least December!

That is a wonderful shot!! What looked like snow freaked me out for a minute...until I read when the shot was taken. Not quite ready for snow yet...even a little bit.
