Views From a Train Window at Night: for Ruby Tuesday
Taken from a moving train, somewhere, sometime in the middle of a dark night. Views from a train window at night aboard the Ocean, while stopped at a station, traveling on VIA Rail from Moncton, NB to Montreal, QC. Looking ahead from the observation car. Morning arrival in the big city! To check out other Ruby Tuesday postings, just click HERE, or click on the Ruby on the side bar. My appreciative thanks to Mary/the teach for hosting this site.

The shot of the traffic light was so nice! I like it a lot!
My Ruby Tuesday entries are posted here and here. Drop by if you have the time. Happy Tuesday!
The red of the train depot is classic, of course. More importantly, the RED signal lights along the tracks stand out in the dark sky, for safety. red is attention getting.
It looks like you took ths signal picture from upstairs in that car. That has to give you such a panoramic view of the passing countryside...

Nice shots. I love the traveling out the window shots.

Yes, I did take this photo from the observation car with the dome on the top!
The lights on the bridge make that a serendipitous shot. Good catch.
Great pictures, very special.
I like the first one the most!~
Nice photos!

yen,
I like that one too. Kind of like waking in a dream while traveling through darkness. :-)
What wonderful pictures! I especially love the first one. I've taken photos like this. Love them!
these are great!
I love the traffic lights - eerie yet beautiful
and
the train station has such a home like feel to it
happy travels!!
These are wonderful photos - little flecks of RED lights as you go speeding by! Great, Ann! Happy RT!
Not to beat a dead horse (as if I would!) but the red lights against the grayscale world of the third shot are spectacular!
Cool! You know, I've never taken a train ride. Now that I have the time, I don't have the money.
:-(
What fun to play with the lights and images along the way! Great job!
More good shots, and the moving ones are interesting.
Tried those red crossign lights on a grey day about an hour ago. A train crossing, used 250 and 1000. Will need work as 1000 on grey days is a bummer
